Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use this website or the Saluto service.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Saluto website and service. By using either, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service is provided by Saluto. You can reach us at support@salutodesk.com or on WhatsApp at +961 76 696 093, and any notice under these terms may be sent to that address.
What Saluto does
Saluto answers messages on channels you connect, and may book appointments, capture enquiry details and route conversations to your team according to the configuration you approve.
This website does not sell anything. There is no signup, no pricing and no self-service onboarding here — commercial terms are agreed separately in a written customer agreement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us to configure Saluto, including prices, availability, services and policies.
You must hold the rights to connect the channels and calendars you link, and comply with the terms of those platforms, including Meta’s policies for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
You are responsible for telling your customers that an automated assistant may answer them where the law requires it, and for defining which conversations must always reach a human.
You must not use Saluto to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited bulk messages.
AI output
Saluto generates replies automatically. Although it is configured on your information and designed to escalate rather than guess, automated systems can produce incorrect or incomplete answers.
You are responsible for reviewing the configuration you approve and for the escalation rules you set. We recommend routing anything financial, medical, legal or contractual to a person.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, platform outages at Meta or other providers, and factors outside our control can interrupt it. Any service level commitment will be in your customer agreement.
Intellectual property
The service, this website, and its design, text and graphics are ours or our licensors’. You keep ownership of your business information and your customers’ conversation content. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.
Third-party names and logos shown on this site identify the channels Saluto connects to and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Confidentiality
Each side will protect the other’s non-public information and use it only to deliver or receive the service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount specified in your customer agreement.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
Either side may end the agreement as set out in the customer agreement. On termination we stop processing and, on request, delete or return your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut, Lebanon have exclusive jurisdiction.
