Saluto

We built Saluto because good businesses were losing customers to a slow reply

Not because AI was fashionable. Because the enquiries arrive at 9pm, the team is with customers all day, and by morning the person has gone elsewhere.

Why we built Saluto

We kept watching good businesses lose customers for one reason: nobody got to the message in time.

01

It started with a real problem

Small teams told us the same thing over and over: the enquiries arrive at 9pm, the staff are with customers all day, and by the time anyone opens WhatsApp the person has booked elsewhere. Hiring a night receptionist made no sense. Ignoring it was costing real money.

02

Chatbots weren't the answer

The tools on offer were decision trees wearing a chat bubble. The moment a customer phrased something like a human, they collapsed into a menu. We wanted something that could hold an actual conversation — and, just as importantly, know when it shouldn't be the one answering.

03

How we work

We set Saluto up for you rather than handing over a builder. We read your real messages, learn your services and rules, and you approve how it sounds before a single customer sees it. If it isn't a fit for your business, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a seat.

04

What we care about

Honest answers over confident guesses. A machine that escalates is worth more than one that improvises. We would rather Saluto say "let me get a colleague" than invent a price, a policy or an appointment that doesn't exist.

What we hold ourselves to

Say what it actually does

No invented benchmarks, no features on the website that aren't in the product. If something is coming rather than shipped, we say so.

Your data stays yours

We don't sell it, share it or train public models on your customer conversations. See our privacy policy.

A person you can reach

You get a named contact who knows your setup — not a ticket queue and a help-centre article.

Come and test the claims

Bring a few real messages your business gets. We'll show you exactly how Saluto answers them.
